Refund policy
The Perfect Divot Test Drive, hereinafter, “Test Drive”, is a production of The Perfect Divot, who is solely responsible for determining all rewards and refund parameters.
The Test Drive gives domestic US and International purchasers the ability to use The Perfect Divot for a predetermined period of days, and if not 100% satisfied with the product, return it to The Perfect Divot, in re-issuable condition for the original purchaser’s choice of:
A 100% Product-Cost Refund, paid in US Dollars, hereinafter “Refund”.
or
A $55.00 allowance for Indoor Golf at participating Indoor Golf locations.
or
$80.00 in incremental Callaway Golf Gift Card Purchase Credits, hereinafter “Credits”, courtesy of The Tour Card.
To qualify for the Product-Cost Refund, purchaser must return the product, in re-issuable condition, to The Perfect Divot, at their business address - 6710 Virginia Parkway #215-133, McKinney, Texas 75071 - within the following timeframes:
30 Day Test Drive Return Policy:
Product must be returned between 35 days from and 50 days from date of original purchase.
Returns prior to 35 days from date of purchase or after 50 days from date of purchase will not qualify for the Refund, but may, at the sole discretion of The Perfect Divot, qualify for the Indoor Golf allowance or Gift Card Credits.
Product returns received after 60 days from date of purchase will receive no refund, allowance, or credit compensation.

90 Day Test Drive
Product must be returned between 95 days from and 105 days from date of original purchase.
Returns prior to 95 days from date of purchase or after 105 days from date of purchase will not qualify for the Refund, but may, at the sole discretion of The Perfect Divot, qualify for the Indoor Golf allowance or Credits.
Product returns received after 120 days from date of purchase will receive no refund or credit compensation.

180 Day Test Drive
Product must be returned between 185 days from and 195 days from date of original purchase.
Returns prior to 185 days from date of purchase or after 195 days from date of purchase will not qualify for the Refund, but may, at the sole discretion of The Perfect Divot, qualify for the Indoor Golf allowance or Credits.
Product returns received after 210 days from date of purchase will receive no refund or credit compensation.
All returned product must be sent via USPS Ground Advantage in a padded envelope to protect the returned product.
Shipping and materials costs to return the product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Return shipping method must require a receipt signature from The Perfect Divot, or their postal representative, to insure compliance with required return timeframes. The cost of the required signature is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.
Refunds will be issued within 20 business days from verified receipt of returned product.
The Refund is calculated as follows:
Total Amount paid by the purchaser.
The Perfect Divot offers discount “sales” from time to time. At no time will the Product Cost refund be less than $13.80.

In the unlikely event of significantly greater-than-normal monthly returns, The Perfect Divot may substitute Indoor Golf allowances, from participating locations, equal to $55.00, or incremental Callaway Golf Gift Card Credits in place of the Product-Cost Refund for calendar monthly requested refunds exceeding 10% of the previous month’s calendar sales.
Point of reference: Since the company’s inception, calendar-month refund requests have never exceeded 1% of the same calendar monthly sales.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
Purchaser and The Perfect Divot agree that disputes shall be resolved solely by arbitration.
Such arbitration shall be undertaken solely in Collin County, Texas.
